AA Training Supervisor

Primary Purpose

To provide the Account Administrator team support in all aspects related to training, including initial training of new employees and ongoing refresher trainings for established employees. AA Training Supervisor is responsible for keeping all training materials up to date.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Responsible for training all new AA employees
  • Work with Account Administrator Manager to maintain training program
  • Identify and assess training needs of Account Administrator team by conferring with Account Administrator Manager
  • Be primary point of contact for other Account Administrators with any system/training issues that may arise
  • Develop and hold refresher trainings and develop new training materials as needed for established employees in all topics related to Account Administration
  • Responsible for administering AA 3-month test and AA@ Level test
  • Track and maintain training materials and results
  • Determine re-training needs based on results of above tests and retrain employees as needed
  • Complete AA duties as necessary due to overflow/new accounts as assigned by AA Manager
  • Will backfill accounts as needed
  • Work with Account Administrator Manager to maintain training program

Education: High school diploma or its equivalent required. Four year degree preferred.

Experience: 3 years' experience on the AA team or 1 year experience as Team Lead required.

Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers. Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to manage multiple projects. Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction. Strong attention to detail. Has client focused attitude and takes ownership towards resolving customer issues with high satisfaction. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

A post offer drug screen will be required.
