Account Administrator Manager

Primary Purpose

Provide management support to Account Administrators and the Operations Team to effectively provide sustainable solutions and increase profitability. Ensure customer data is accurate by continuously monitoring flow of internal and external information including billing, item set-up, and customer service.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Work with Internal Operations Team to support overall company initiatives.
  • Manage Account Administrators and Juarez Billing Specialists
  • Provide support to upper management on various work-related subjects
  • Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, discipline and discharge employees within the department of responsibility.
  • Monitor metrics, identify methods for and work with team leads to implement improvements.
  • Monitor progress on item team (template setup, item review, historical audits, and queue oversight)
  • Monitor progress on invoice team (supplier PO tracking, customer aging, customer invoicing)
  • Monitor progress on customer service team (customer reporting, implementation support, scheduling)
  • Work with External Operations Team to meet customer expectations
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy
  • Quality control and quality assurance
  • Review and approve expenses and special purchases.

Education: Four year college degree required - or equivalent minimum of 4 years management experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Two to five years' experience in waste management industry preferred. Prior leadership and management experience preferred.

Knowledge and Abilities: Strong business writing and Excel skills. Excellent communication, leadership and team building skills necessary. Ability to balance multiple projects and meet goals for customers and company. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

A post offer drug screen will be required.
