Business Integration Coordinator

Primary Purpose

Coordinate and assist Operations to successfully onboard and integrate new customers and new suppliers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining tracking tools to measure and report on key metrics of onboarding new accounts.
  • Ensures a seamless transition of billing services to Heritage for suppliers of new accounts.
  • Maintains detailed records of communications and follow-up efforts.
  • Manages new supplier registrations and approvals with Supply Chain.
  • Utilizes database systems to retrieve key information needed in onboarding new customers and suppliers; identifies when to request updates.
  • Collaborates cross-departmentally with various other teams
  • Uses baseline data to complete baseline reports as needed
  • Assists in developing and distributing tools to support efforts to onboard new accounts
  • Participates in planning meetings and ongoing implementation meetings
  • Partners with internal operations team regularly, direct customer interaction may be limited
  • Some travel may be required.

Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent required. Four-year college degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2-years' experience providing collaborative solutions or supply chain management

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Ability to balance and deliver multiple projects and priorities in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, advanced Excel skills beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining professional relationships across teams in a collaborative manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must practice effective time management skills and follow through timely on requests
  • Must be able to take initiative and work independently as well as with a team
  • Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on knowledge of IS2 (HIS internal system) is beneficial
