Invoice Coordinator
Primary Purpose
Manage all incoming supplier invoices and make sure they are accurately and efficiently barcoded and scanned into the Interactive system for processing.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Opening, sorting, barcoding, scanning in all supplier invoices and distributing any remaining Interactive mail as well as managing the Interactive Invoices Outlook box for supplier invoices.
- Manage scan indexing queue for Interactive portal - includes moving invoices from VINVC/IC/Admin folders to Scan Indexing queue as well as managing any individual requests from AA's.
- Requesting/uploading missing backup documentation for rebates into system.
- Review past due statements from supplier and following up with payment information and/or requesting missing invoices.
- Handles incoming calls on main Interactive phone line and answers or transfers as necessary.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or its equivalent required.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in an Office setting with Excel and Outlook experience is required.
Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be highly organized and able to keep track of large volumes of mail each day (600+ pieces of mail). Strong time management skills. Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook.
A post offer drug screen will be required.
