Onsite Operations Manager

Primary Purpose

Maximize growth and profit of existing and potential on-site work. Manage a team engaged in overseeing all areas related to identifying, planning, and executing strategic initiatives for a given customer.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Manage a team servicing a customer account and oversees all aspects of staffing.
  • Develop and maintain tools necessary to track execution and overall profitability.
  • Provide strategic leadership in the development and management of new revenue-generating programs for the company at the customer location.
  • Identify key internal/external markets and develop strategy for securing new business opportunities.
  • Research/Develop new technologies and supplier relationships to aid in the advancement of overall business model.
  • Work with executive leadership team to develop strategic business initiatives for collaborating with other Heritage group companies.
  • Develop and maintain strategic corporate customer relationships.
  • Ensure customer contract requirements and deliver on service expectations.
  • Demonstrates the Heritage commitment to safety throughout the team
  • Measures and adjusts set KPI's
  • Assist with escalated customer aging requests from Account Administrators.
  • Prepare regular operational performance reviews for internal leadership.

Education: Four Year Degree is degree required.

Experience: 6+ years' experience providing consultative solutions to clients. Experience managing others preferred.

Knowledge and Abilities: This is a safety sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. Must possess a strong attention to detail and superior time management skills. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners. Must be comfortable building relationships in person and remotely. Ability to be solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction. Ability to write and review business proposals. Sound knowledge and understanding of various federal, state, and local industry-related regulations.
