Program Coordinator- Business Integration

Primary Purpose

Coordinate and assist Operations to successfully onboard and integrate new customers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Manage and maintain milestone tracking tools to measure and report on key metrics of onboarding new accounts.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of billing services to Heritage for suppliers of new accounts.
  • Manage new supplier registrations and approvals with Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with Account Administration team to ensure new accounts are set up in database per specifications.
  • Assist in analysis of supplier bids and RFP responses to implement profitable programs at new customer locations.
  • Generate supplier PO's with caveats, coordinate supplier and PM signatures, and ensure signed PO is delivered.
  • Retrieve baseline data and complete baseline reports as needed,
  • Assist in developing and distributing tools to support efforts to onboard new accounts.
  • Participate in planning meetings and ongoing implementation meetings.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Limited Customer interaction.

Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent required. Four-year college degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2-years' experience providing collaborative solutions or supply chain management required.

Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to balance and deliver multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. Strong Microsoft Office Skills, advanced Excel skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and time management skills. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.

A post offer drug screen will be required.
