Senior Strategic Manager
Primary Purpose
To support, coach, mentor, and develop on-site management to ensure safe, profitable, growth within their operations. Will work close with Directors of Operations to implement corporate directives, and initiatives. This role will take the lead in future and retention contract support for onsite contract opportunities to align and achieve our set goals and targets.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Assist all Directors of Operations on how to maximize profit and ensure safety at all onsite accounts.
- Strategic advisor to the President on performance of contracts and development of SOP's.
- Identify Organic Growth Opportunities in Enterprise accounts for Onsite Management.
- Create Plans to Retain Current Business, and Strategic Pricing / Proposal for New Contracts.
- Lead implementation and provide support for new and existing contracts.
- Expert for Onsite Manager support and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with corporate SOP's and initiatives, and report discrepancies.
- Conduct routine site inspections and follow up on corrective actions where necessary.
- Partner with other functional experts to support common goal and agendas.
- Ensure proper ROI on investment needs via capital expenditures for equipment.
- Develop network of suppliers to support onsite contracts and measure internalization.
- Develop continual improvement programs.
- Prepare & present updates on a regular basis at senior business reviews.
- Key implementation manager upon awarded contracts, staffing support for vacation, emergency, as needed on-site coverage.
- Consult with Directors and Site Managers to develop solutions to improve by-product management processes, aging and safety.
- Monitor adherences to budget and identify changes with customer when needed.
- Assist with escalated customer aging requests from Account Administrators.
- Review & advise on customer proposals.
- Coach, and train on on-site labor compliance with company SOP's.
- Negotiate with contract labor companies.
- Analyze Enterprise accounts for On-Site Account Management opportunities.

Education: 4-year degree required, with at least 5 years of experience providing consultative solutions to customers preferred.
Knowledge and Abilities: Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. Must possess a strong attention to detail and superior time management skills. Excellent analytical, presentation and communication, and relationship building skills necessary. Foster lasting relationships with functional leaders, directors and Staff. Must be comfortable building in-person relationships. Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction. Ability to write and review business proposals. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Sound knowledge and understanding of various federal, state, and local industry-related regulations.
