Strategic Manager, Business Integration

Primary Purpose

The Business Integration Manager is a key role within the Customer Excellence functional team. This position will manage the responsibility of hands-on integration of new TWM clients to Envita through leading their transition from sales to operations. This is including but not limited to, building trust within client relationships, setting up services based on contract agreements, support waste consulting, data management and reporting, overseeing invoice consolidation and procurement services. The position manages the day-to-day integration responsibilities to ensure an efficient and smooth transition to Envita and assigned operations team that will be responsible for account management. This role will collaborate with Customer Excellence, Sustainable Solutions, Operation, Account Administration, and Accounting/Finance teams.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Ensures a seamless transition of invoicing services to Envita for customers and suppliers of new accounts.
  • Determine which milestones are appropriate for each integration based on account type and other factors.
  • Maintains tracking tools to measure and report on key metrics related to customer integration and onboarding new TWM accounts.
  • Initiates communications and follow-up efforts for customer and/or suppliers to ensure services are accurately set-up.
  • Utilizes database systems to retrieve key information needed in onboarding new customers and suppliers; identifies when to request updates.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Envita teams to develop solutions to improve customer and supplier onboarding.
  • Function as liaison between Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Operations, and suppliers.
  • Utilize baseline data to set goals and metrics to analyze and manage reports for effective decision making.
  • Develops and distributes tools to support efforts to onboard new accounts
  • Leads planning and implementation meetings to ensure goals and timelines are met timely
  • Partners with internal operations team regularly
  • Travel may be required.

What You'll Need to Succeed


Education:

High School Diploma or its equivalent required.

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management/Administration, or other related field preferred


Experience:

Minimum 5-years' experience providing collaborative solutions or supply chain management.

Minimum 1 year TWM experience required.


Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Ability to balance and deliver multiple projects and priorities in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, Intermediate or greater Excel skills beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining professional relationships across teams in a collaborative manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Must practice effective time management skills and follow through timely on requests
  • Must be able to take initiative and work independently as well as with a team
  • Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands on knowledge of IS2 and Salesforce is beneficial
