Supply Chain – Contracts Specialist Summary

The Supply Chain – Contracts Specialist will be responsible for the administrative tasks associated with new contracts related to the Envita Supplier Network. Reporting to the Supply Chain Compliance Manager, the successful candidate will manage the documentation associated with the onboarding and ongoing management of new and existing supplier partners which support the business.

The individual selected for this role will have proven experience working as a part of a dynamic team, interfacing with both internal and external parties throughout North America. Envita is continuing to grow a high-performance team that will provide efficient and innovative solutions and support strategic sourcing and supply chain practices.

The ideal candidate will have direct contract management and supply chain experience as part of a larger procurement team.

How you'll make an impact

• Assist in refining current supply chain contracting and documentation best practices.
• Ensure a seamless transition of billing services for new customer locations related to new Supplier Partners.
• Guide new Supplier Partners through the onboarding and document collection process employed at Envita and record related communications within internal systems.
• Track and summarize any proposed redlines of Supplier Partner contracts, providing executive summaries to the management team throughout the process.
• Conduct research within both internal systems and external resources as necessary to support Supplier Partner onboarding processes.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Supplier Relations, and Operations Teams.
• Support and participate in new customer onboarding activities.
• Assists in developing and distributing tools to support efforts to onboard new accounts.

What you'll need to succeed

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required. Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with supply chain management in a contract sourcing environment.
• Understanding of legal terminology and advanced contract concepts.
• Ability to balance and deliver multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills, advanced Excel skills beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining professional relationships across teams in a collaborative manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must practice effective time management skills and follow through timely on requests.
• Must take initiative and work independently and with a team.
• Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.
