Training Coordinator
Primary Purpose
The Training Supervisor is responsible for design, implementation, delivery, and administration of initial and ongoing employee training.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Responsible for training new employees
- Work alongside department managers to analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Responsible for keeping training materials up-to-date
- Develop and hold refresher trainings and develop new training materials as needed for established employees
- Responsible for administering skills level tests or certifications
- Track and maintain training materials and results
- Determine re-training needs based on results of above tests and retrain employees as needed

Education: High school diploma or its equivalent required. Four year degree preferred.
Experience: At least three years of internal company knowledge of processes and procedures OR at least five years of experience training in a corporate setting or similar. Experience designing and implementing curricula preferred.
Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external customers. Superior time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to manage multiple projects. Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction. Strong attention to detail. Has client focused attitude and takes ownership towards resolving customer issues with high satisfaction. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
A post offer drug screen will be required.
